The Vineyards is an active 55 and older planned community, located in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. We have 200 luxurious, ranch-style homes carefully placed throughout the landscaped neighborhood with a park-like atmosphere and just minutes away from many major shopping areas.
The Vineyards Community Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas of the community. We also manage the community clubhouse and help facilitate many of the social events run by the residents.
The community is run by a Property Manager and an elected Board of Directors and is established according to Pennsylvania State law. Documents that pertain to the Community include the Declaration, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Vineyards Association.
We also have several resident committees that assist the Directors and Property Manager in the management of the community. These include:
- The Architectural Committee
- The Landscape Advisory Committee
- The Gate Committee
- Finance Committee
- Maintenance Committee
- Storm Water Basin Committee
- Clubhouse Committee
All residents are welcome and encouraged serve on resident committees.
